LomiLomiLomiLomi is a type of traditional Hawaiian massage. LomiLomi uses the energy of the body to promote inner healing and wellbeing from within. It uses organic coconut oil & soothing strokes to release tension and energy imbalances restoring circulation and creating a meditative state of relaxation. Sports MassageIs used to help in the prevention of injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and to assist athletes in the recovery from injuries. Through mobilizing and improving muscle tone, Sports Massage promotes relaxation, stimulates circulation and produces therapeutic effects on all systems of the body. A person does not need to be a top athlete to gain from sports massage. Anyone who is physically active and exercises in regular basis or seeks to improve their general physical fitness may benefit from treatment.
Deep TissueDeep Tissue Massage breaks up adhered toxicity and waste that are attached to the muscle fibers for elimination through the blood and lymphatic system. Deep Tissue Massage promotes circulation and brings nutrients to the muscles to help restore body energy and balance for optimum health. Swedish MassageSwedish is a traditional European technique of massage intended to relax muscles and improve circulation. We use organic coconut oil with gentle manipulations of soft tissues, using gentle strokes effleurage, petrissage, kneading and tapotement. Prenatal MassagePromotes relaxation, soothes nerves, and relieves strained back and leg muscles in expectant mothers. Pregnancy massage is especially benefical in the second and third trimesters, when the extra weight in your belly puts a strain on your back.Pregnancy massage aids the circulatory and lymphatic systems, which keeps blood flowing to both the mother and the baby.
